How to send a diet plan on WhatsApp, in one tap
With mealPlan.fit, a dietitian sends a client’s diet plan on WhatsApp in one tap: a branded PDF with your logo, the week’s meals, recipes and notes, which opens on any phone and always shows the latest version of the plan. Pro is ₹1,999/month incl. GST, with unlimited clients.

Four steps
1. Build the week
Plan the client’s days in mealPlan.fit, with portions, macros, recipes and your notes for each meal.
2. Tap WhatsApp
WhatsApp opens with a message ready: your greeting, a link to the branded PDF and links to the recipes.
3. Send
You tap send. The client opens the link on any phone, no app or login needed, and sees your logo on every page.
4. Edit later if you need to
The link always shows the current plan for that week, so a change you make after sending reaches the client without a new message.
Watch it: send a plan on WhatsApp or by email
Share the branded PDF on WhatsApp or by email, translated into your client’s language if needed.
Part of the 9 short tutorials.
Why not just type the plan into WhatsApp?
A typed message gets buried under the chat, loses formatting and has to be retyped for every change. A branded PDF keeps the week together with portions, recipes and your notes, looks professional, and updates itself when you edit the plan.
Questions
How do I send a diet plan on WhatsApp?
In mealPlan.fit, open the client’s plan and tap WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with a ready message containing a link to the branded PDF of that week’s plan and its recipes; you tap send. The client opens it on any phone without installing anything.
Can I send the actual PDF file instead of a link?
Yes. Use Share on your phone to attach the PDF file itself to a WhatsApp chat, or send it by email. Both carry your logo.
What happens if I change the plan after sending it?
The WhatsApp link always opens the current version of that week’s plan, so edits show up for the client automatically. Links expire after 90 days, and a new week gets its own link.
Can the plan be in Hindi or another language?
Yes. Set the client’s preferred language and translate the plan PDF (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic and more) for 1 credit, then email it or share the downloaded file on WhatsApp. The one-tap WhatsApp link itself opens the plan in the language you wrote it in.
Does mealPlan.fit send automated WhatsApp reminders?
No. mealPlan.fit opens WhatsApp with the message ready and you send it yourself, from your own number. Scheduled messages and reminders go to the client app instead; automatic reminders when a client stops logging are on Max. If you need automated WhatsApp Business messages, NutriCRM offers them.
Is it safe to share a plan by link?
Each link is signed and unique to one client and week, can’t be guessed, and expires after 90 days.
