What Indian dietitians are seeing: 2026 platform data
Gut issues, not weight loss, are the most common concern. Among clients of dietitians on mealPlan.fit who have a health concern on record, 54% report bloating, acidity or constipation. Weight is listed by 22%.
Most common health concerns

Among all 725 clients, 53% are women and 47% are men.

Methodology and limits
- Source: aggregated, de-identified records of clients managed by dietitians and nutrition practices on mealPlan.fit, as of 27 September 2026 (clients added March–September 2026).
- Included: practices actively delivering plans (at least 3 clients and one plan delivered). Demo, trial-only and internal accounts are excluded.
- Concerns are the health conditions dietitians record for each client, grouped by keyword (for example, “gut issues” covers bloating, acidity, constipation, gas, reflux and IBS). 325 of 725 clients had at least one recorded.
- Not a national survey: the data describes people who chose to see a dietitian, mostly in urban India. It shows what dietitians are seeing, not how common these conditions are in the population.
- Privacy: no individual records are published, and no breakdown is narrow enough to identify a client, dietitian or practice.
