Questions
How much does a custom branded app cost?
It depends on your programs and what you need custom-built. After a short call to understand your requirements, we send a clear quote: a one-time setup and an annual partnership that covers the apps, the platform for your team, store updates and support.
Whose name is on the App Store and Google Play?
Yours. The apps are published under your own developer accounts (Apple Developer and Google Play Console), with your name, logo and colours. We handle the builds and the store submissions.
How long until the app is live?
Design and build depend on how much is custom. Apple and Google then review a new app before it goes live, which usually takes 2–4 weeks for the first release.
What do our nutritionists use?
The full mealPlan.fit platform, included with your app: plans, templates, AI lab scan, AI plan drafts, the AI assistant, team logins, sessions and intake. Every plan and update flows straight into your clients’ app.
Can clients still message us on WhatsApp?
Yes. The app works alongside the WhatsApp support your clients already use; it adds their plan, logging, progress and reminders in one place under your brand.
Is this only for large brands?
It suits practices with a team of nutritionists or structured programs, in India, the GCC or anywhere else. Smaller practices can start with the branded web app included in our Max plan.
